I am a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington. I hold a B.S. in Informatics with a Business cognate. Currently, I work for IT Training & Education as an Education Specialist. I spend most of my time these days teaching the Cascade Server Web Content Management System but I also teach Flash, Dreamweaver, SQL, Access, Excel, as well as other Adobe and Office applications.

I marched for five years with the Indiana University Marching Hundred and served as Undergraduate Staff for three of them. I also played in the Big Red Pep Band and the Crabb Band (a band that plays at the soccer games). I am a brother of the Alpha Zeta chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi.

I am a trained Project C.O.P.E. Director, BSA and Climbing Director, BSA. The summers of 2003-2006 I served as the High Adventure Director for Ransburg Scout Reservation. These days, I spend one weekend a year traveling somewhere in the Mid-West teaching National Camping School for either the Climbing or C.O.P.E. sections. I try to spend the remainder of my time off work volunteering at Ransburg or assisting with the C.O.P.E. and Climbing Committee's weekend programs.

I have many hobbies: climbing, homebrewing, reading, biking, facilitating challenge courses, video games, social media, and generally being awesome. I'm typically always busy with something and wouldn't have it any other way -- it helps keep the ruminating thoughts at bay.
